Hi everyone!
We are in the middle of a move, so it has been a blur of boxes around these parts. But as I am transitioning to Bainbridge Island, I have some free classes to introduce myself to the community.
The classes will be held at the demonstation week for the opening of the Peacock Family Center (click to be redirected to their website with more info on the classes). I will be offering 3 free classes:
1. EZ, Fun Meditation For Stressed-Out Parents - Monday, March 15 at 7 PM
2. Basic Energy Awareness and Movement for Kids (ages 6-8) - Tuesday, March 16 at 3:30 PM
3. Basic Energy Awareness and Movement for Kids (ages 9-10) - Thursday, March 18 at 3:30 PM
